Custom line
Permanent Prefab Homes
Permanent prefab homes are engineered per project. We start from proven base designs, then adapt structure, layout and finishes to your land, your intended use and the regulations of your city or county. This line serves homeowners, developers, dealers, contractors and land operators.
How a custom project works
- 1
Submit your site
Share your parcel location, intended use (primary home, ADU, rental, development) and any site documents you already have.
- 2
Feasibility review
We review land conditions, access, utilities and the likely regulatory pathway with you before any design commitment.
- 3
Design & engineering
A base design is adapted to your site and use case, with engineering review for California requirements.
- 4
Production & delivery
Panels are factory-produced, shipped to your site, and assembled by your contractor or a crew we help you coordinate.
Base design lineup is being prepared — start with your site and we will propose designs that fit it.
State-level programs such as DAA, QAA, factory inspection and HCD insignia do not necessarily replace review by the city or county where your project is located, including zoning, foundation, utilities, fire access, setbacks, installation and building permits. Compliance requirements vary by model and jurisdiction.
