KyangLab supplies prefab homes for California. Our homes are built with structural insulated panels (SIPs) — a factory-produced building system that combines insulation and structure in a single panel, enabling fast on-site assembly and strong energy performance.

We run two product lines. The mobile line is standardized and volume-produced, with published base pricing and container shipping. The permanent line is engineered per project, adapting proven base designs to your land, intended use and local regulations.

We take compliance communication seriously: we describe the California regulatory pathway objectively, state only verifiable approval status for each model, and never promise that a permit will be granted.
