A compact mountain-resort-inspired tiny villa designed around a 7 m × 3 m footprint, warm pine wood cladding and a lofted sleeping area. Built from structural insulated panels (SIPs), the flat-packed panelized shell is positioned as an entry-level option for guest houses, compact rentals and small-site living in California.

What is included in the Tiny Villa T1 shell kit?

The kit includes the SIPs shell package, UDL roof waterproofing, asphalt shingle, house wrap, pine wood cladding, wood soffit and fascia, aluminum windows and door with wooden trim, metal flashing, and gypsum board for interior wall and ceiling. Interior decoration, wiring, plumbing, kitchen/washroom facilities and fixtures are not included.

How large is the Tiny Villa T1?
